The ADON has the opportunity to positively interact with residents, guests, family members and team members daily. The candidate must be passionate about providing the highest quality care possible, leading a great team of care givers and exceeding the expectations of those they serve and work with.
Qualified candidates will be a registered nurse with current CPR Certification, have nursing leadership experience and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
This position is a part of the Leadership team and will be in an on-call rotation.
