Job Description
Essential Functions:
· Assists in completing tenants’ quarterly assessments of the health care services needed for each resident relative to the level of lifestyle accommodations and nurse reviews and communicating changes in tenants’ care to Director
· Work as Medication Manager every other weekend/one shift per week
· Sort, organize, and maintain office records accurately.
· Assists with admissions
· Assists with interviewing and training the universal workers and medication managers.
· Communicates and counsels with residents, family members and Director – Assisted living regarding potential problems, needs, and care plans as appropriate
· Following up on any falls or incidents
· Managing team members
· Marketing and tours
Skills & Qualifications:
· Needs minimum LPN, RN preferred
· Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with staff, patients and patients’ families
· Extensive knowledge of nursing best practices and federal, state and local healthcare laws
· Strong written communication skills to compile reports and write evaluations
