Welcome to Saint Joseph's Villa & Court in David City, NE!
We are currently seeking a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team for the night shift from 3am-9am. This is a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents during their overnight hours.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance
- Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassion for the elderly and a desire to make a difference in their lives
