CoverWise is looking for a Commercial Insurance Client Service Executive to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service with our commercial and farm accounts by handling complex service requests, supporting our top leaders in processing needs, communicating effectively both internally and externally, and driving results.
This position requires a high degree of Commercial/Farm insurance subject matter expertise.
Team Collaboration: You will work in a focused, team-oriented environment. You will interact closely with leadership to ensure that client needs are met efficiently. Your role will be key in maintaining the flow of day-to-day operations and supporting the success of many of our top clients.
Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-time, Nonexempt
- Compensation: $25 - $40 per hour
- Location: Fully Remote OR On-site, Holdrege, NE (relocation package available)

Key Responsibilities:
- New Commercial & Farm Applications: Handling all necessary forms, submission, and follow-up.
- Endorsements and Quotes on Commercial & Farm: Run point on processing endorsements and preparing quotes as needed for clients.
- Reviews Renewals for Commercial & Farm: Ensure accuracy, research any changes in coverage, outline potential impacts and communicate them effectively.
- Special Projects: Provide support for various special projects as requested by leadership, including tasks like mass communications.
- Handling complex service problems for commercial/farm accounts:

Required Work Experience:
- Previous Work Experience: Experience servicing Commercial and/or Farm Ranch insurance accounts
- Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance: Having a property and casualty insurance license.
- Epic AMS Experience: Familiarity with Applied Epic AMS or similar management systems is preferred, but not required.
