Position Summary
The Detail Technician operates wash equipment to ensure that all equipment is cleaned and in excellent condition to go out to our customers. Clean and tidy equipment is very important to us and our customers.
You Are:
- Organized. You are able to judge different projects at once and prioritize the most pressing tasks. You are able to think efficiently and effectively to make your own quick decisions.
- Energetic. You like to work on your feet, see real-time progress, and get things done in an effective manner.
- Detail-oriented. You pay attention to detail and know how to overcome challenges by using your own intuition and creativity. You don’t like it when the job is half-done or not up to your standards.
You Will:
- Work with a growing team. You will work closely with salesmen, service technicians, and the parts department to line up washes, coordinate departures, and keep organized.
- Build Customer Trust. Completing each job like you would if it was your own personal piece of equipment will drive customer satisfaction and accuracy.
- Inspect Finished Projects. To ensure the best quality of service to our customers, you will inspect your and others’ projects before they get sent out. Customer commitment is highly important to us, and you will ensure we are going above and beyond to keep our customers happy.
