Job Description

CleanWash Laundry Systems is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic invidivual to join our team as a Part Time Front Office Associate with the option for Accounts Receivable training.

While this is an entry level position, there is tons of room for growth and advancement for the right person!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting walk in customers
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails from manufacturers, customers and potential customers; directing to the right department and relaying messages and following up, as needed
  • Receiving incoming mail, deliveries and shipments
  • Receiving customer payments and light accounting duties
  • Monitor and manage office supplies; maintain orderly office & parts room
  • Pulling customer order requests, packaging and shipping
  • Physical parts inventory assistance
  • Monthly support for Lease customers to include tracking and processing payments
  • Miscellaneous office duties and errands and support special projects as needed

To be successful in this role, you need to be customer focused, efficient with your time and dependable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online is helpful but not required, willing to train the right candidate
  • Basic computer proficiency, knowledge of internet searches and Google: Sheets, Docs, Gmail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks throughout the day; problem solving
  • Must be able to bend, walk, and climb stairs and to reach, lift, pull or push weight up to 45 lbs. unassisted
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Dependability and punctuality are a must

Hours:

Part time hours (20-25 hours), Monday through Friday with a minimum of 20 hours a week may be accommodated, Work week is Monday-Friday.

Starting hourly wage is commensurate with experience but the opportunity to increase salary is available for someone interested in gaining more industry specific knowledge and duties.

Salary: Starting pay is equal to experience and ability, $14.50 to $16.50 an hour with track for increases . The right person for the job can increase in salary and responsibility easily.
