Join the HOTWORX Team as a General Manager!
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering unlimited access to virtual workouts like Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more! Our cutting-edge saunas and workouts are designed for all fitness levels, delivering MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME.
We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our studio locations. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about sales, loves leading a team, fitness, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
As a General Manager, you will:
- Be the face of your studio—engaging with the local community and promoting the HOTWORX brand
- Drive membership sales and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Work a full-time schedule (approx. 40-45 hours/week), showing up daily with enthusiasm and a solution-focused mindset
- Deliver exceptional member service and create a positive, motivating studio environment
- Lead by example—train, coach, and develop your team while also hiring and handling performance management
- Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, maintenance, and reporting
- Leverage social media, local outreach, and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow membership
- Utilize studio software for CRM, POS, billing, texting, and email campaigns
- Complete required training (online and in person) to ensure full preparedness for success in your role
