Join the HOTWORX Team as a General Manager

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering unlimited access to virtual workouts like Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more - all inside state-of-the-art infrared saunas. Our concept delivers MORE WORKOUT. LESS TIME. REAL RESULTS.

We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven, people-focused General Manager to lead one of our studio locations. This role is perfect for someone who loves goal setting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to lead a team while growing a strong, successful studio.

What You’ll Do as a General Manager

  • Be the leader and face of your studio, building relationships with members and the local community

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly membership and revenue goals

  • Create a fun, motivating, and high-performance team culture

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop your team to succeed

  • Lead from the front — setting expectations, following up on results, and celebrating wins

  • Deliver an exceptional member experience and ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy studio environment

  • Oversee all studio operations including scheduling, payroll, maintenance, and reporting

  • Execute local marketing, social media, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives

  • Use studio systems for CRM, POS, billing, texting, and email campaigns

  • Complete all required training (online and in-person) to confidently lead your location

  • Work a full-time schedule (approximately 40–45 hours per week) with flexibility to support peak business times
