Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer benefits programs
• Assist with employee training and development initiatives
• Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers and employees
• Create and deliver daily/weekly communication updates to support our social media outlets and keep our viewers connected
• Support and maintain company's culture by fostering initiatives that enhance employee experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
