Overview
Black Label Built is hiring a Lead Foreman to oversee residential outdoor construction projects, with a focus on high-quality deck builds. This role is responsible for leading a small crew and managing projects from layout through completion.
Pay: $29–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead daily jobsite operations from start to finish
- Oversee deck construction including framing, decking, stairs, and railings
- Manage and support a small crew in the field
- Maintain job quality, schedule, and safety standards
- Communicate with project management and homeowners as needed
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively

Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction (decks preferred)
- Ability to lead or supervise small crews
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
