Professional Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will be a Registered Nurse with a current CPR Certification. You must possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image. Verbal communication skills are important to carry on conversations with residents, co-workers, and visitors in an understandable manner. Written communications are important for documentation.

This position will primarily focus on: MDS, restorative program, admission orders, admission head to toe assessments, care plan meetings, rounds/audits, and IDT.

This position will require on-call rotation every 5 weeks.

Schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00a to 4pm with a one-hour lunch (30 hours per week).

Position pay depends on experience.
