Maintain regular and predictable attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all scheduled workdays.
Support the planning, implementation, and facilitation of learning activities aligned with program objectives and developmental goals.
Help maintain a safe, positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment that supports student well-being.
Assist with observation, documentation, and reporting of student progress and development.
Utilize instructional strategies, materials, and activities appropriate for diverse learners under the guidance of the Classroom Teacher.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to support individualized student needs.
Work assigned Pre-K Consolidated days, and other program specific days as outlined in the OPSF school calendar.
Maintain open communication with families as directed by the Classroom Teacher and program expectations.
Support student social emotional and behavioral development by implementing positive behavior strategies and guidance.
Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and maintenance of a clean and orderly learning environment.
Participate in OPSF required and external professional development and training opportunities.
Support school events, program initiatives, and overall program goals.
Model professional behavior, ethical conduct, respect, integrity, and responsibility in all interactions.
Follow all OPSF policies and procedures and comply with applicable licensing and safety requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Director or supervising staff to meet program and student needs.
