Model and implement positive behavior guidance strategies, including conflict resolution and social emotional learning.
Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and classroom activities.

Participate in OPSF required and external professional development, training, and continuing education opportunities.

Comply with all OPSF policies and procedures, licensing requirements, and staff handbook expectations.
