We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated MDS Coordinator to join our team in David City, NE. Fulltime position with ability to work remotely when needed.

As an MDS Coordinator at Saint Joseph's Villa & Court, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care possible. Your main responsibilities will include conducting initial and MDS assessments and any supporting assessments or clinical documentation, implementation and ongoing evaluation of each of resident's comprehensive plan of care, coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and thorough documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly. Previous experience as an MDS coordinator is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the necessary skills and enthusiasm.
