What We’re Looking For
This role isn’t for someone who needs constant direction — it’s for someone who can step in, figure things out, and make things better.
You’ll likely have:
- Solid full-stack development experience, ideally with Microsoft technologies (C#/.NET, Azure, SQL Server)
- Comfort working in Azure environments (Azure Front Door, SQL databases, CIAM/authentication flows, etc.)
- Experience building APIs and integrating third-party systems
- Familiarity with automation platforms (Power Platform, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Lovable, etc.) to move faster and write better code
- A collaborative mindset — working alongside a product manager and external development team within an existing architecture
- Strong self-direction and judgment — managing priorities across multiple projects without needing to be told what to do
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience with augmented reality or spatial/geometric problem-solving
- Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working across multiple products or companies at once
- Exposure to PowerBI, Google Tag Manager, or analytics tools
