• Assist with customer phone calls

• Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in banking or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions

• Knowledge of basic computer skills and banking software
